WHAT: An amazingly badass, out-of-ground, concrete bowl with real pool coping. It’s even built out of recycled tires and other materials. kudos to everybody that volunteered their time, money , and energy to making this happen.

BAD: nothing (well, it is in DC)

OVERALL: I would gladly push an old lady in front of a bus to skate this, and would you believe the only time I’ve been there, it was wet?! The falling rain was all that hid my tears.

    I’ve been back and skated this bowl since this initial post…and I agree, it’s amazing. Hats off to the dudes who organized and built this.
